What if the music was loud enough so I could hear it?
What if the path I have taken leads to nowhere but cowardness?
What if the way I have chosen is the way of death?
I wish I was the man I was meant to be.
I wish I was to be damned across the morninglight.
So I could have stood in your shadow, your presence.
I wish I was taking care of myself, as I should have.
I go to hell, so I can explain to my better that I am noone, and someone.
All at the same time.
So I can be with you,
and dance under the moonlight.
